Abhyanga Massage – 90€

A deeply nourishing 90 minute full-body treatment using warm, herbal oils to calm the mind, ease tension, and restore balance. Offered in my home studio, or at your chosen location upon request.

Initial Consultation - 90€

An in-depth, 90 minute session to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals, with personalised guidance to support your wellbeing. Available online or in my home studio.

Follow-up Consultation - 45€

A 45-minute session to check in on your progress and update your recommendations as needed. We’ll discuss any changes you’ve noticed and adapt your Ayurvedic plan to support your ongoing wellbeing.
